How It Works
- Share — Send your unique referral code to your friend.
- Buy — Your friend quotes your code when purchasing any eligible boat from our Sydney showroom.
- Earn — Upon successful delivery and settlement, we will transfer $2,500 AUD directly into your bank account, and apply a $2,500 AUD discount/credit to your friend's purchase.

Terms & Conditions
The following conditions apply clearly and without exception. There is no ambiguity in these terms.
- Total Reward: The $5,000 AUD is the total combined reward — split as $2,500 to the referrer and $2,500 to the new buyer. These are two separate payments; neither party receives $5,000 individually.
- Trigger Condition: Rewards are issued only after the new buyer has completed full payment and the boat has been delivered/settled (Settlement Completed). No reward is issued for deposits, partial payments, or cancelled orders.
- Eligible Purchases: This offer applies to new boats only. Second-hand/used vessels are not eligible. A minimum total boat purchase value of $100,000 AUD applies. Purchases below this threshold do not qualify.
- Location: Valid for Sydney showroom sales only. Online-only or interstate transactions are not eligible unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are strictly not permitted. The referrer and buyer must be two different individuals with no shared financial interest in the transaction.
- Referral Code: The buyer must quote the referrer's unique referral code at the time of purchase. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after a sale is finalised.
- One Reward Per Sale: Only one referral reward applies per boat sale. Multiple referral codes cannot be stacked on a single transaction.
- ARK BOAT SALES reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program at any time. Existing qualifying referrals in progress at the time of any change will be honoured under the terms at the time of referral.
